The Irkutsk region development corporation has signed an agreement with Usolye Iron and Steel Works to construct a light section plant.
The enterprise will process scrap and produce rebars.
The capacity of the plant is intended to be 100 thousand tons per year. 219 jobs will be created.
Investments will total 3.9 billion rubles, and the construction will last for 2 years. (Ukrainian metal)
