In August DTEK purchased 72 thousand tons of coal, mined in Lviv and Volyn regions, up by 37%.
According to the company statement, DTEK combined heat and power plants are the main customers of Lvivugol and Volynugol. Purchasing volumes depend on the energy balance in the country and the demand for electricity. Since the beginning of the year DTEK has purchased 439 thousand tons of coal from the local mines.
In H1 DTEK share in the sales of Lvivugol and Volynugol reached 80%. (Ukrainian metal)
