The Republic of Mordovia has put into operation a new metal manufacture, specializing in aluminum and copper wire rod.
The complex is situated on the territory of Saranskcable and will reach the full manufacturing capacity in April 2018.
Its capacity is 10 thousand tons of aluminum wire rod and 5 thousand tons of copper wire rod per year. In Q3 the works will produce 600 tons of wire rod and in Q4 – some 2.5 thousand tons.
The new manufacture will cover 100% of the local cable producers’ need in raw materials and will also allow selling to other regions and even exporting. (Ukrainian metal)
