Aluminum Casting Works LLC has purchased the real estate of the insolvent Aluminum Casting Works CJSC.
The new owner acquired the manufacturing premises of the Altai company with all the extensions (total size – 40.6 thousand square meters), the right to lease a land plot in the city of Barnaul (35.5 thousand square meters), as well as 5 induction furnaces and a hardening furnace.
The assets were bought for 38.15 million rubles.
Aluminum Casting Works CJSC was named declared in April 2015. Its capacity was 22 thousand tons of castings per year. (Ukrainian metal)
