The authorities of the Republic of Mordovia are interested in developing Saranskcable.
According to the acting chairman of the republic Vladimir Volkov, in 3 years the modernization project received 630 million rubles, and in H1 2017 – 106 million rubles more.
In particular soon the works will start manufacturing metal. Most of the equipment has already been assembled. The company will be able to produce aluminum and copper castings, as well as rolled metal.
Copper wire rod output will reach 5 thousand tons per year, while aluminum wire rod – twice as much. (Ukrainian metal)
