In April-June MMK increased steel output by 3.8% QoQ, to 3.182 million tons. Capacities were 90% loaded.
Pig iron manufacture increased by 8.7% QoQ, to 2.578 million tons. The growth has to do with the scheduled repair of blast furnace No. 10 in Q1.
Sales in Q2 reached 2.882 million tons, up by 5.9% QoQ, with local sales up by 4%, to 2.78 million tons.
HVA output in Q2 totaled 1.287 million tons, down by 1.9% QoQ, with the products share in the overall output at 44.7%. Sales increased by 6.8%. (Ukrainian metal)
