In January-June Ukraine exported 19.303 million tons of iron ore and concentrate valued at $1.362 billion.
According to the State Fiscal Service, iron ore share in the total exports was 6.6%.
China imported $388.128 million worth of iron ore and concentrate (28.5%), Poland – $145.155 million (10.6%), the Czech Republic – $145.109 million (10.6%). Other countries imported $684.349 million (50.2%).
Ukrainian imports of iron ore and concentrate totaled 201.826 thousand tons at $21.59 million.
The largest supplier was Russia ($21.56 million, 99.9%).
The iron ore share in the total imports was 0.1%.
In June Ukraine exported 3.581 million tons of iron ore and concentrate valued at $196.81 million. The largest importers were China ($53.966 million), Poland ($20.699 million) and the Czech Republic ($20.254 million). Other countries imported $101.892 million worth of iron ore. (Ukrainian metal)
