Uchaly Mining and Processing Works carries out the technical modernization of its processing factory grinding shop.
In particular a 3200 mm ball mill has been replaced with a 3600 mm ball mill.
“The replacement of the mill allows us reaching finer grinding of ore, which will improve copper and zinc extraction”, the company manufacturing-technical department acting director Dim Altynamanov reported.
The new machinery will be tested in the processing of 9 types of copper and copper-zinc ores. (Ukrainian metal)
