In May metal companies received 2 million tons of local iron ore raw materials, up by 160 thousand tons MoM.
In January-May the deliveries dropped by 12% YoY, to 10.3 million tons.
May, as well as April, saw now imports of iron ore raw materials. In 5 months imports reached 90 thousand tons, down by 92% YoY.
In May Ukraine exported 3.7 million tons of iron ore raw materials, and in 5 months – 17.2 million tons, up by 3% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
