Ukraine’s Energy and Coal Industry Ministry predicts that as of May 1, anthracite coal stocks will be 182,600 tons, down by 63% from March 29 (494,100 tons).
According to the document posted on its website, gas coal stocks as of May 1, would total 1.321 million tons, up by 0.2% from March 29 (1.318 million tons).
In general, the reduction of coal stocks at Ukrainian thermal power plants would be 17.1% (309,000 tons), to 1.503 million tons. (Interfax-Ukraine/Ukrainian metal)
