In 2016 Russia exported 3.16 tons of corrosion-resistant steel rods valued at $9.8 million, up by 54% and by 29% YoY respectively.

Almost half of the rods were supplied to Ukraine. Deliveries there increased 2.85 times as compared with 2015. In December 2016 the price of rods was $1731 per ton FOB.

Belarus imported some 20% of rods, up by 3.4% YoY, at $2304 per ton. Deliveries to Kazakhstan increased by 30.6%, to 15%, at $3122 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
