The Russian aide on image to the head of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Kazakov said that Ukraine should pay for the coal received from the occupied territories of Donbass to the terrorist republics “budgets”. He said this following the comments of the Ukrainian Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman that Ukrainian power and metal industries couldn’t do without the ATO zone coal.
He stressed that Ukraine would receive coal only if it paid for it to the terrorist republics.
“If they cancel the blockade but don’t pay, Donbass will stop deliveries itself”, he said.
Earlier Groysman said that because of the Donbass coal blockade Ukraine could see electricity shut down. (Ukrainian metal)
