In January-July Russia exported 2.03 million tons of aluminum, up by 0.3% YoY.
According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, exports to foreign countries grew by 0.1%, to 1.99 million tons, while those to CIS dropped by 8.1% YoY, to 61.5 thousand tons.
At the same time in monetary terms exports fell by 28.1%, to $2.87 billion, with exports to foreign countries down by 28.4%, to $2.8 billion and to CIS – by 8.1%, to $61 million. (Ukrainian metal)
