The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine gives out permits for the export of scrap despite the decree of the District Administrative Court of Kiev.
In particular, the Nikolayev Customs has given out electronic customs declarations to a Kiev and a Zaporozhye companies for scrap export. The end customer is a Turkish company.
The court prohibited the Ministry of economical development and trade to register and fill in forms for scrap exports. The State Fiscal Service and its regional branches are forbidden to clear scrap for export with registration forms issued by the ministry after March 16. (Ukrainian metal)
