Zaporizhstal has started assembling gas-purifying equipment on its sintering machine #5.
According to the company press-service, the assembly will last for 3 months. The works investments into new gas-purifying systems on sintering machines ##3-6 total 630 million UAH. All the gas-purifying equipment is supplied by Berdichev Machine-Building Works “Progress”. The new equipment will allow the company to decrease slime waters.
Since 2013 Zaporizhstal has assembled gas-purifying equipment on its sintering machines ##1 and 2. Equipment on machines ##3 and 4 is now being tested. (Ukrainian metal)
