Tenants and ex-employees of Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works try to prove their right for the shares of the company via court.

On March 29, the Commercial Court of Kiev started the consideration of the case of Ilyich tenants against the works.

They have been on trial for 10 years, and most of the courts have rejected their claims. And only the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine has sent the case for a new consideration, and with new judges.

So far only 10 people decided to sue the company. But in case of the success their number would grow considerably. (Ukrainian metal)
