Shareholders of Vatutiono Refractory Works have reelected Paul David Vizhnyak the chairman of the supervisory board.
According to the company statement, 4 members of the supervisory board were reelected and 2 more were added to the board.
Vizhnyak is the minor shareholder of the company.
In 2015 the works received 23.82 million UAH of net profits. (Ukrainian metal)
