Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands) has accumulated 96.4% of Severniy Mining and Processing Works.
According to the company statement, Metinvest has increased its share in SevGOK from 80.43% to 96.4%. At the same time Trosilia Holdings (Cyprus), owner of 15.97% shares, ceased to be the shareholder.
In 2015 SevGOK received 1212.49 million UAH of losses. (Ukrainian metal)
