ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih has ended its program of voluntary dismissal.
In 2007 AMKR was one of the first to introduce such a program in Ukraine. According to the program if an employee leaves the company he receives compensation. In 2015 AMKR had two waves of the program, 4 in 2014, 6 in 2013 and 5 in 2012. (Ukrainian metal)
