Metallurgprom believes the giving of scrap export quotas by the Ministry of economical development and trade is illegal and is going to sue the ministry.
“We deem all the commission decisions illegal. We will go to court”, said Metallurgprom president Alexander Kalenkov.
According to him, the officials were aware of the court ruling that had stopped the ministry decree on scrap export quotas of 1.1 million tons in 2016. (Ukrainian metal)
