In January-February Ukraine exported 53.58 thousand tons of titanium-containing ores and concentrate, up 2.2 times YoY.

According to the State Fiscal Service, the exports also went up by 31.4% YoY, to $9.51 million. Most of the exports went to Russia (51.55%), Czech Republic (17.38%) and South Korea (7.25%).

Ukraine didn’t import these kinds of products in the given period.

In 2015 titanium ore and concentrate exports fell by 10.2% and by 28.7% YoY, to 295.02 thousand tons and $71.95 million respectively, with most exports going to Russia (27.43%), USA (16.47%) and Czech Republic (15.82%). Last year Ukraine imported 4 tons of titanium-containing ores and concentrate from SAR worth $3 thousand. (Ukrainian metal)
