The Kiev Administrative Court of Appeals has ordered the Ministry of economic development and trade to allow Ceramet to export ferrous scrap.
Ceramet applied for the license in October and November 2015 but the ministry refused, and in February even refused to accept documents.
Now a legal precedent has been created that will let other companies deal with the ministry in such cases. (Ukrainian metal)
