The supervisory board of DTEK PES-Energougol dismissed Igor Koval from his office of the director and appointed the technical director of DTEK Donetskoblenergo Alexander Kozhukhar instead.

Koval has been heading the company since April 2011.

In 2014 DTEK PES-Energougol received 331.39 million UAH of net losses as opposed to 84.44 million UAH of net profits in 2013. Its net income increased by 45.6% YoY, to 1352.81 million UAH.

DTEK owns 95.7% of the company shares. (Ukrainian metal)
