The State Property Fund of Ukraine has suggested to privatize Zaporozhye Titanium and Magnesium Works.
Such a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers has been prepared by the Fund on the order from the Prime Minister. Apart from ZTMK there are 19 more state companies in the list.
ZTMK is the only Ukrainian and European producer of spongy titanium with 90% of it exported. (Ukrainian metal)
