Lugansk Casting and Mechanical Works, situated in the Ukraine-uncontrolled territory, has reregistered in Zaporozhye.

The Lugansk Works, founded in 1916, specializes in the production of pig iron, as well as carbon and alloyed steel castings.

In 2013 it received 213.12 million UAH of net income (220.47 million in 2012), with net losses at 20 million UAH (5.47 million UAH of net profits in 2012).

The works was stopped because of electricity and gas debts. Most of its productive capacities have been stolen and taken to Russia. (Ukrainian metal)
