In January-November Zaporozhye Titanium and Magnesium Works produced 7005 tons of spongy titanium, up by 12.2% YoY.
Titanium slag output decreased by 35.1% YoY, to 10383 tons.
“Our net income from spongy titanium totaled 929 million UAH, up by 11.4% YoY”, said the company commercial director Vladimir Sivak.
According to his words, titanium slag output decrease has been planned, as one of the three furnaces was on repairs in H1.
In January-November the works spent 34.3 million UAH on repairs and paid 273.6 million UAH of taxes. (Ukrainian metal)
