The Eurasian Economic Commission intends to impose antidumping duties on stainless seamless cold- and hot-deformed pipes with up to 426 mm diameter from Ukraine.
This duty could be imposed for 5 years on pipes from Centravis Production Ukraine (4.32%), Interpipe Niko Tube (4.32%), Oscar and other companies (19.6%).
In February EEC started an antidumping investigation of Ukrainian stainless seamless pipes with up to 426 mm diameter supplies.
According to the EEC statement, in 2011-2013 Ukraine’s share in EEU pipes imports reached 27.1-31.1%, while in the first half of 2014 it totaled 50%. (Ukrainian metal)
