As of November 8, Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company was switched to the life sustenance mode. Coal mining at the large company, employing over 4 thousand people, has been stopped. Official explanation is the ongoing accident aftermath liquidation.
On October 26, fire started in the vent. The next day during the reconstruction there was a burst of methane gas. One of the rescuers was killed, two more were injured. On November 7, a new burst of gas happened there. There were no casualties. (Ukrainian metal)
