The Ministry of finances, the State Fiscal Service and the state enterprise Energorynok have settled the changes to the rules of VAT-taxing of coal and electricity supplies.
“We have decided to exempt supplies of coal and its processing products from VAT-taxation”, said Energorynok in its statement.
Such changes were caused by the crisis on the wholesale market of electric energy due to the implementation of the electronic system of VAT-taxation. (Ukrainian metal)
