Holders of over 50% of Metinvest shares with maturity in 2016-2018 have created a special committee.
“Metinvest B.V. has been informed about the creation of the shareholders special committee”, said the company in its statement.
“The committee has appointed The Blackstone Group Partners LLP its financial councilor, and Linklaters LLP its legal councilor.
The issuer welcomes this, and would cooperate with the committee and its councilors”, said the company press-service. (Ukrainian metal)
