Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works will help rebuild the shelling-destroyed infrastructure of Sartana and will give a hand to the families who suffered.
“Shells damaged 60 buildings, 5 of them are beyond repair. In return families who have lost their homes will be offered uninhabited buildings in the settlement. The works will make them ready to live in”, said the Ilyich CEO Yuri Zinchenko.
According to him, construction-repair groups are being formed at the works – they would make all the measurements, determine the volumes of glazing and roof and wall restoration. The works will provide machinery and materials for reconstruction.
It should be noted that on August 16 during the artillery shelling of Sartana near Mariupol 2 people were killed and 6 wounded. Shells came from the Ukraine-uncontrolled territories. (Ukrainian metal)
