Management of ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih met metal consumers in Tbilisi, Georgia.
According to the company statement, AMKR CEO Paramjit Kahlon, CEO marketing and sales deputy Virinder Bahadur Garg, Ukraine and CIS sales director Anastasia Tatarulieva as well as sales managers were among the visitors.
AMKR invited its 60 clients and partners from Georgia and Armenia, including 5 authorized dealers from Georgia and 2 dealers from Armenia, as well as the leading construction companies from the region.
The goal of the meeting was to strengthen trade connections with Georgian customers and to present the company and its products to the construction sector of the region.
“Our company works within the international company ArcelorMittal – the number one steel producer in the world. AMKR supplies metal to all regions in Ukraine and to 50 countries abroad. Our main customers are construction companies, metal works and large metal warehouses. Georgia is one of the key markets for us. Our products have been used in construction of many objects here: St. Trinity Church, a complex of churches on Mahata mountain, 35-storied multi-functional complexes, new roads and tunnels. For the past three years we have increased sales on the Georgian market by over 60%. And AMKR plans to further increase its manufacturing capacities to meet demands and carry out non-standard orders”, said Virinder Bahadur Garg. (Ukrainian Metal)
