The OSCE mission observers at the border posts Donetsk and Hukovo (both in Russia) have witnessed coal removal from Lugansk region to Russia.
“As in the previous weeks, the mission continues to witness trucks carrying coal from Lugansk region to the Russian Federation”, OSCE said in its weekly statement.
Moreover fuel trucks constantly cross the border in both directions. (Ukrainian Metal)
