Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works has finished the capital repairs of its blast furnace #3.
“Our #3 blast furnace is back in action. Repairs lasted for 7 days. Expenses totaled 25 million UAH”, said Yuriy Zinchenko, the company CEO.
The overhaul has been carried out with the help of Metinvest-PromService workers.
“The result of the repairs will be the increase of the machinery operation reliability and the extension of the overhaul life”, said Zinchenko. (Ukrainian Metal)
