In January-March ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih produced 1.26 million tons of rolled metal, up by 1.2% YoY.
Steel production increased by 7.4%, to 1.51 million tons, while that of pig iron – by 7.5%, to 1.33 million tons.
In March the company produced 417 thousand tons of rolled metal, 544 thousand tons of steel and 479 thousand tons of pig iron.
In 2014 AMKR decreased its output of rolled metal by 1.9%, to 5555.4 thousand tons, that of steel – by 2.2%, to 6291.4 thousand tons, while its pig iron output went down by 1.1%, to 5546.6 thousand tons, all YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
