In 2014 Zaporizhstal increased output of all its main types of products.
According to a company representative, steel smelting increased by 3.8%, to 3.96 million tons, pig iron output rose by 9.1%, to 3.51 million tons, while rolled metal manufacture went up by 5%, to 3.38 million tons, all YoY.
In December 2014 the works produced 315.2 thousand tons of pig iron, 321.7 thousand tons of steel and 269.7 thousand tons of rolled metal. (Ukrainian metal)
