Emi Deutschland GmbH plans to acquire 98.6578% shares of Dneprometiz (Dniepropetrovsk).
According to the Ukrainian company, that’s 1209749 shares.
Dneprometiz losses in 2013 totaled 13.4 million UAH, with net income down by 8.92%, or by 56.79 million UAH, to 579.72 million YoY. The company specializes in low-carbon steel (wire, net, nails). (Ukrainian metal)
