In the first 11 months of the current year the crude steel production at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, the Ukrainian subsidiary of the global steel giant ArcelorMittal, totaled 5.866 million tons, down by 0.05% year on year, as announced by the company.

In addition, in the first 11 months of the year ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih saw a 3.27% increase year on year in its finished steel output to 5.160 million tons, while its pig iron production decreased by 0.28% year on year to 5.109 million tons.

In November alone crude steel production at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih decreased by 3.38% to 543,500 tons, output of finished steel declined by 1.3% to 477,000 tons, while production of pig iron moved down by 1.5% to 477,800 tons, all on year-on-year basis. (SteelOrbis/Ukrainian metal)
