Zaporizhstal has successfully adopted the production process of new types of roll formed sections made of stainless steel grade used for building Ukrainian railroad passenger cars and superfast electric trains, under the order forwarded by PJSC Kriukovskiy Coach Building Works (KCBW) to its Hot Rolling Strip Mill Production Shop.
Zaporizhstal ships about 2000 tons of steel to Kriukovskiy Coach Building Works and now plans to double the shipments.
In 2012 KCBW manufactured 11,000 freight wagons of different modifications using flat products of Zaporizhstal. (SteelGuru)
