As of October 31, importers of steel pipes to Ukraine used 79.63% of their annual quota for imports of steel seamless casing and tubing with diameters up to 406.4 mm.
For the period from October 1st, 2012 to September 30th, 2013 the quota in question is 17,591 tons. Of this figure the unused quota volume is 3,584 tons. In particular, Russia used 99.91% of its quota for exports of the mentioned products to Ukraine, Austria used 30.35% of its quota, Poland used 22.5% of its quota, Romania used 86.82% of its quota, China used 95.68% of its quota, while other countries used 27.96% of their quotas.
