In the January to May period of the current year the crude steel production of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, еру Ukrainian subsidiary of еру global steel giant ArcelorMittal, totaled 2.308 million tons, down by 11% YoY.
In addition, in the first 5 months of the year, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih registered a 9% decrease YoY in its finished steel output to 2.012 million tons.
During the period in question, coke production at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih rose by 1%, to 1.111 million tons, while its iron ore concentrate output increased by 4%, to 3.713 million tons both on YoY basis. (SteelOrbis)
