According to preliminary data, in January to October ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih, a Ukraine-based subsidiary of the world largest integrated metals and mining company ArcelorMittal, saw its crude steel production increase by 26.8% YoY to 5.1 million tons.
During the first ten months of the year ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih produced: 4.453 million tons of finished steel, up by 22.3% YoY, 4.414 million tons of pig iron, up by 25% YoY, 7.927 million tons of agglomerate, up by 25.3% YoY, 2.24 million tons of coke, up by 17.5% YoY, 7.3 million tons of iron ore concentrate, up by 27% YoY, 988,800 tons of iron ore, down by about 5% YoY.
