ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih has announced that it has approved of a new quality policy, placing clear focus on customer and customer relations optimization which has become of utmost importance due to the overcoming of the consequences of the crisis in the steel consumer market.
Mr. Jean Jouet, CEO of ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih, said “Unlike in the times of mass production in the past, we are moving to a more targeted approach to each and every customer. We have to be more flexible and dynamic to satisfy the demands of each individual customer. We have to be able to offer each customer a unique, tailor made approach as our advantage in the highly competitive market, and our new quality policy defines this as a core priority.”
