It is reported that the State Property Fund of Ukraine has sold the state last stake equal to 0.1% of shares in ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih for a total of UAH 54.819 million through the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.

The buyers of the shares in question were the Ukrainian investment companies Dragon Capital and Concorde Capital which acquired about 2.26 million and 1.6 million shares respectively.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, the Ukrainian government had retained the 0.1% stake in ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih after it sold 1.6% of its shares in the plant through exchanges from November 2006 to April 2007. (SteelOrbis)
