In June Ukraine exported $195.82 million worth of steel semi-finished products, while imports reached $0.71 million. According to the State Fiscal Service, in June the main importer of Ukrainian semis was Italy ($70.07 million). In May Ukraine exported $217.87 million worth of steel semi-finished products, with imports on the level of $0.99 million. According to the State Fiscal Service, Egypt was the primary importer of Ukrainian steel semis in May ($63.81 million). According to data released by Metallurgprom industry association, Ukraine’s export values of semi finished steel products in October totaled USD 263 million and the import values amounted to USD 5.79 million.
