Ferrexpo AG (Switzerland) has accumulated 99.02% of Poltava Mining and Processing Works. Earlier the Ferrexpo stake amounted to 97.43% in the total number of shares and 39.12% in the voting shares. Konstantin Zhevago has left the supervisory board of Poltava Mining and Processing Works, the largest iron ore pellets producer in Ukraine. Poltava Mining and Processing Works has decreased gas consumption by 33%, or by 5 million cubic meters, to 10 million cubic meters.
