Evraz ZSMK has finished a 55-day capital repair of its oxygen converter.
The capacity of the machine is over 100 thousand tons of steel per month.
Investments reached 90 million rubles.
Evraz ZSMK operates 5 converters. On average they produce 570 thousand tons of steel per month.
Next year another converter and continuous casting machine will be repaired, while the converter No. 4 will be fully replaced. (Ukrainian metal)
