The state enterprise Navoiyuran generated nearly 4.3 trillion sums in net profit in the first half of 2026, marking a 136.1% increase compared to the same period last year. In January–June 2025, the enterprise recorded a net profit of 1.8 trillion sums.
The company’s net revenue for the reporting period grew by 101.8% YoY, to 9.7 trillion sums. Gross profit rose by 109.1%, exceeding 7 trillion sums.
Navoiyuran’s assets reached 19.8 trillion sums as of the end of the first half, up by 70.5%. Capital increased by 60.1%, to 15 trillion sums, while retained earnings reached 13.3 trillion sums, up by 73.3%.
The enterprise’s profit over the last 12 months totaled 7.9 trillion sums, up by 56.6%.
At the same time, the volume of Navoiyuran’s long-term bank loans increased as of the end of the reporting period to 3.6 trillion sums, compared to 1.6 trillion sums a year earlier.
According to Bloomberg, Navoiyuran is expected to conduct an IPO in the second half of 2026, offering 10% to 15% of its shares. However, at the time of publication, the enterprise has not yet been transformed from a state-owned company into a joint-stock company. (UzDaily)
