The State Property Fund has announced an auction to privatize the state packet of shares (97.5458%) of the Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Combine.
The auction will be held on November 4 in the Prozorro.Sales electronic trade system.
The bids are accepted until November 3.
The starting price is 151.9 million UAH.
The lot includes:
– 1497 units of real estate and infrastructure with the combined area of 370,929.85 sq. m;
– 292 units of transport means and special machinery;
– 25 registered land plots with the combined area of 216,085 ha. (Ukrainian Metal)
