Zaporizhstal intends to retain stable supplies of flat rolled metal in September.
The drop in exports is compensated for by increases in deliveries to the domestic market.
Thus, in September Zaporizhstal plans to ship around 210 thousand tons of flat rolled metal, on par with the August results.
Deliveries to the domestic market will increase by 20%, to 2 thousand tons, while exports will decrease by 8%, to 138 thousand tons.
Sales of hot-rolled metal will grow by 1%, to 169 thousand tons: 49 thousand tons will be sold on the domestic market (+27%) and 120 thousand tons will be exported (-7%).
Sales of sheets and coils will decrease by 5%, to 41 thousand tons due to drops in exports (by 17%, to 18 thousand tons), while domestic sales will grow by 8%, to 23 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
